The personal data of website visitors and other data subjects are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation and with appropriate technical and organisational measures for the security of personal data.
The website contains links to websites that are not owned by the Manager (for example, links to the websites of LAVA members). The Manager is not responsible for the privacy policies of these websites, so we recommend that you be proactive and familiarise yourself with the privacy policies of the websites to which you are directed.
The website uses “cookies”, which are small text files that are stored on your device (e.g. computer, mobile phone, tablet) when you browse the website.
The website uses only a few technical cookies that collect very little data. You can see the specifications of the cookies used in the table below.

Cookies are set when visiting the Manager’s fan pages on social networks
The Manager shall administer the fan pages on the social networking sites Facebook, Linkedin, (hereinafter referred to as “Fan Pages”).
When you visit Fan pages, social network administrators place cookies on your device that collect your personal data. Cookies are stored both if you are a registered user of the social network and if you do not have an account on the relevant social network. The Manager does not have access to the personal data collected about you and only receives statistical information from the administrators of the social networks about the traffic of the Fan Pages.
For further information on the processing of your personal data for the purpose of administering the Fan Pages, please refer to the privacy policies of Facebook, Linkedin or contact the Data Protection Officer of Facebook and Linkedin (regarding the use of personal data by Facebook and Linkedin).
You can restrict or block cookies by controlling the settings of your web browser. If you want websites to prevent your device from placing any cookies at all, you can adjust your web browser settings so that you are notified before any cookie is placed or so that your web browser rejects all cookies. You will need to adjust the settings separately for each web browser on each device.

In order to respond to your enquiry and to preserve evidence of the correspondence (in the legitimate interest of effective communication and to avoid disputes relating to the provision of services to individuals), the Manager shall process the following information provided by you:
The personal data provided with the enquiries and further correspondence between you and the representative of the Manager will be kept for as long as is necessary to carry out the specific task and to ensure the exercise of the rights of the Manager.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF JOINING THE ASSOCIATION
The Manager shall process the following data of the contact persons of the organisations joining the Association: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, information about the organisation represented. The legal basis for the processing of these personal data is the conclusion and performance of the membership agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation).
The data of the contact persons of the organisations joining the Association will be kept until the contact person changes or for one year after the end of the organisation’s membership of the Association.
DETAILS OF PEOPLE WHO SUBSCRIBE OUR NEWSLETTERS
Any visitor to the website may subscribe to the Manager’s newsletter by entering their email address in the newsletter order form on the website. The processing of the subscriber’s e-mail address is based on the subscriber’s consent to receive newsletters (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation). The personal data processed for the purpose of the newsletter may be transferred to data processors used by the Manager for the management of the email and the analysis of the emails sent.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by submitting a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Unless the consent is withdrawn, the email address is processed for direct marketing purposes for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the newsletter was ordered.
RIGHTS IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURES
All persons whose personal data are processed by the Manager have the following rights:
|The right of access to your personal data processed by the Manager||The rights of access and rectification of personal data shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Manager’s registered office address or to the e-mail address email@example.com (if the request is signed with an e-mail signature). In the request for access to personal data, please specify which personal data you wish to have access to and which information listed in Article 15(1) of the Regulation you wish to receive. In the request for rectification of incorrect or inaccurate personal data, please specify which personal data you are requesting to be rectified.|
|The right to have incorrect or inaccurate personal data corrected|
|The right to request erasure of unlawfully processed data||This right shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Manager’s registered office or to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org (if the request is signed by an email signature). If the request is justified, the Manager shall destroy the data subject’s data no later than 30 days after receipt of the request.|
|The right to require the Manager to restrict the processing of personal data until the accuracy of the personal data has been verified, until it has been established whether the interests of the data subject who objects to the processing of the personal data are overridden by those of the Manager, and in cases where the processing of the personal data is unlawful and the data subject does not consent to the erasure of the data||This right shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Manager’s registered office or to the email address email@example.com (if the request is signed by an email signature). Where a request is made to restrict the processing of only part of the personal data processed by the Manager, the request must specify the categories of personal data whose processing is requested to be restricted. If the request is justified, the processing of the personal data shall be restricted within 5 working days of receipt of the request.|
|Right to data portability||This right shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Manager’s registered office or to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org (if the request is signed by an email signature). Where the request is for the transfer of only part of the personal data processed by the Manager, the request must specify the categories of personal data in respect of which the right to data portability is exercised. If the request is justified, the Manager shall provide you or the controller you have indicated with your personal data in a computer-readable format (depending on your preference, the structured personal data shall be sent by e-mail or stored on an external medium) within 30 days of receipt of the request.|
|The right to object to the processing of personal data||This right shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Manager’s registered office or to the email address email@example.com (if the request is signed by an email signature). If you object to the processing of your personal data, an assessment will be made as to whether the legitimate interest for which you object to the processing of your personal data overrides the legitimate interest of the Manager on which the Manager bases the processing of your personal data.|
|Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority||This right may be exercised by lodging a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate against any actions of the Manager related to the processing of your personal data.|
In cases where you exercise your rights by submitting a written request to the address of the Manager’s registered office by post, the request must be accompanied by a notarised copy of a personal document (passport, identity card).
